Antifreeze Coolant Red Concentrate Long-life MEG (Mono ethylene Glycol) is a premium long-life coolant designed for modern petrol and diesel engines. Formulated with Organic Acid Technology (OAT), it offers extended protection against freezing, overheating, and corrosion. This red-coloured concentrate must be diluted—typically 50/50 with deionized or distilled water—to deliver reliable year-round performance, including freeze protection down to –36 °C and boil-over protection up to 170 °C when used as directed.

Unlike traditional coolants, this OAT-based formula contains no silicates, phosphates, amines, or nitrates, resulting in a cleaner system with reduced risk of scale, sludge, or deposits. It provides outstanding protection for all engine metals, including aluminum, copper, cast iron, and steel, helping to extend the service life of radiators, water pumps, cylinder heads, and heater cores.

The long-life formulation offers up to five years or 250,000 km of protection, making it ideal for vehicles with extended maintenance intervals. It is compatible with most OAT-based coolants but should not be mixed with traditional blue or green silicate-based types without flushing.
